Do you offer cancellations or refunds?

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please understand that once an item ships, the order cannot be cancelled.

How do I track my package?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by reaching out to our customer support desk at contact@getappy.shop . We are available 24-7 and you will receive a reply soon. We strive for excellent customer support, but depending on the time of year we may take longer in processing requests.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 12 business days for United States and Canada. Other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs
clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.
